This hotel is in a lively area close to everything you need, with restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. The staff are friendly and quick to help, and the rooftop pool offers great views of the city at night. The rooms are beautifully designed with vibrant colors, and the spa and pool are kept clean. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of choices, and the helpful staff even provided mobile air conditioning to keep the breakfast room comfortable.
One negative aspect is that the SPA department can be disappointing, as it is close to the pool and can be noisy, affecting the relaxation. Additionally, there have been issues with the quality of the hot-stone massage, with some guests experiencing burns due to the therapist's lack of skill.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated close to the river with heaps of options for restaurants, bars, and markets nearby. The staff, particularly Noel Furrer, was friendly and attentive, always making sure our stay was top-rate. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. The view from the rooftop bar and pool was stunning, providing a great spot to relax and take in the cityscape.
The gym seemed to be undergoing some construction during our stay, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the facilities.
